What are your support plans?
Dear Ívar and Arnar,
I'm a repeat buyer of your themes, who has appreciated the quality of your work. And I recognize your themes are made by real people, with real and unpredictable challenges in your lives.
Like many here though, I have key choices to make on behalf of myself and my clients.
My first reaction to the silence from BluThemes over the last year-plus is still sympathy. I can only imagine something difficult and unexpected has happened — something that makes it hard to make announcements or commitments.
But as you can imagine, I'm growing increasingly anxious about my live sites with your themes. If there will be no further updates, and no support, it's a question of when, not if, they will break. I'm sure I'm not alone in needing to know where things stand so I can prepare clients for the certainty of the need for redesign.
It also troubles me (and must cause you some qualms) that your themes are still on sale and your site is still live with 5-star reviews emphasizing the quality of your support, which does not actually exist.
An update, even one that makes no promises, would be gratefully received.
