Translate Bluth MailingList plugin "Subscribe!" and "E-mail address"

Hi

I can't translate these two strings. They do appear in my CodeStyling Localization plugin / Nano ... in english ready to be translated, butthey do not change when translated. All other translations seem to work properly.
